Eagles took down St. Thomas to get to Regional title matchup.

WHITEWATER, Wis. — Its a game away from a third consecutive College World Series.

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse baseball team has advanced to the Division III Midwest Regional championship, after an 8-3 win Sunday over St. Thomas.

At 10 a.m. Monday, the Eagles (31-18) will play Concordia (Ill.) at UW-Whitewater. Because UW-L lost Saturday, it will have to beat Concrodia twice in the double-elimination tourney in order to advance.
